How is the performance of the vulcanizer?

1. PLC and HMI controls offer manual and automatic operation. Automatic control enables functions such as mold closing, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, and mold opening unload. The touch screen displays the temperature of each heating zone on the hot plate in real-time.

2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 material, with the piston crafted from dense chilled cast iron alloy, finely ground after casting; the hydraulic cylinder features a YX type seal.

3. The edge of the hot plate pot is equipped with a hydraulic automatic lifting device, allowing the pads on both sides of the hot plate to move in and out simultaneously under the action of four hydraulic cylinders; anti-overlap devices are installed at both ends of the hot plate.

Each heating zone of the hot plate is equipped with a set of temperature regulating valves, which ensures uniform and consistent temperatures across all heating zones under PLC control.

5. Hydraulic System: Utilizing renowned hydraulic stations from both domestic and international brands, under PLC control, it can achieve automatic operations such as mold closing, exhaust, and mold opening with unload.

6. Mechanical Synchronous Balancing Mechanism: A synchronous shaft runs through the bottom of the platform, with gears and racks at both ends to ensure the platform's level lifting and lowering.

7. Molding Guide Device: Molding guide devices are installed on both sides of the lower platform. The frame board is mounted with guide seats, which are machined with inclined surfaces. The distance of the inclined surfaces can be adjusted through the top screw.

8. Molding Assistance Mechanism: During the molding process, the four hydraulic cylinders positioned beneath the platform are activated, forcibly lowering the platform to prevent sticking and ensure the mold can be opened and closed smoothly.

Proper maintenance and care for the vulcanizing machine should be mindful of the following issues:

The storage environment for the vulcanizer should be kept dry and well-ventilated to avoid moisture in electrical wiring due to humidity.

Do not use the vulcanizer outdoors during rain to prevent water from entering the electrical control box and heating plate.

3. In a moist and water-prone work environment, when dismantling and transporting the vulcanizer, elevate the equipment off the ground using items to prevent direct contact with water.

4. In the event of water entering the heating plate due to improper operation during use, the manufacturer should be contacted for repairs first. In case of an emergency repair, the top cover of the heating plate can be opened to pour out the water first. Then, set the electrical control box to manual operation, heat to 100°C, maintain a constant temperature for half an hour to dry the wiring, and perform the belt adhesive bonding in manual mode. It is also essential to promptly contact the manufacturer for a complete replacement of the wiring.

5. When the vulcanizer will not be used for an extended period, the heating plate should be heated every half month (set the temperature to 100℃) to maintain the temperature for approximately 30 minutes.

6. After each use, it is essential to drain all water from the water pressure plate, especially during winter. Failure to do so often leads to premature aging of the rubber on the water pressure plate, reducing its lifespan.

The correct method for draining is to do so after the vulcanization and insulation process, before the vulcanizing machine is disassembled. Draining after the machine has been taken apart may result in incomplete drainage of the water within the water pressure plate.
