1. Operators must not stand directly in front of the operating machine to prevent any accidents that may injure them. Carefully prevent any metal impurities or hard objects like small tools from falling into the cylinder during material feeding to avoid damaging the machine. It is strictly prohibited to wear gloves while operating rotating machines to prevent entanglement and injury.
Ensure that the lubricating oil in the gearboxes and air compressors is checked and replenished, and inspect the lubrication status of all mechanical transmission components. Avoid operation with depleted lubrication to prevent machine damage and noise generation.
During startup operations, it is mandatory to first check for any disconnected power lines or electrical leaks; inspect for any damage or irregularities in the instruments. Ensure all components are safe and normal before powering on to prevent production issues and accidents.
Within the range of film-forming conditions, increasing the molding temperature, cooling air temperature, and blowing ratio; this results in an increase in film turbidity and a decrease in gloss; conversely, it improves.
When the mold outlet material is uniform, put on gloves and gently pull the tube blank, while sealing the end of the tube blank. Open the air intake regulating valve slightly, allowing a small amount of compressed air to be inserted from the center hole of the mandrel. Then, carefully guide it over the bubble stabilizer, rafter board, and through the牵引 roller (牵引roller) and guide roller until it is coiled (if embossing is required, pass through the embossing roller).
The compressed air pressure for blowing the tube billet should be appropriate, ensuring neither the billet breaks nor the membrane tube remains symmetrical and stable, thereby guaranteeing the production quality.
When cleaning extruders and dies, copper blades, rods, or compressed air can be used for cleaning, but be cautious not to damage the screws and their smooth surfaces.
