The casting machine refers to the equipment used for producing casting film. High-precision electronic ceramic casting machines utilize alumina as the main raw material for ceramic casting. First, the powdered material is mixed with binder, plasticizer, dispersant, and solvent to form a slurry of a certain viscosity. The slurry flows from a hopper and is coated onto a base belt at a specific thickness by a scraper. After drying and curing, the film is peeled off from the top to become a green film belt. Subsequently, the green film belt is processed through cutting and lamination based on the dimensions and shape of the final product, resulting in the rough product ready for sintering. It boasts advantages such as low cost, high quality, non-toxicity, and simple production process.
