Boring machine parts, as the name implies, are products manufactured using boring machines. These parts can be categorized into many types based on the type of boring machine used, such as automatic boring machine parts, CNC boring machine parts, and gauge boring machine parts, among others. The metal materials used for boring machine parts include copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel. The most common processing areas are Shenzhen, Dongguan, and the surrounding regions.

Scope of Application:

Lathe parts have a wide range of applications, covering industries such as electronics, hardware tools, toys, and plastics. Compared to other sturdy parts, their main feature is precision, with tolerances as tight as ±0.01MM, or even more precise. Naturally, their prices are also significantly higher than those of other sturdy parts.

Automotive lathe parts are components machined by an automatic lathe, featuring a diameter of 20mm and a length of 90mm. Due to the small size of the parts and high processing speed, the price is relatively low. The precision of the machined parts is high, with tolerances that can be controlled within ±0.01mm.

CNC lathe parts are components machined by CNC numerical control lathes, with a machining diameter up to 60mm and a length of 300mm. These parts are large, complex in shape, and high in precision, allowing for multiple cuts. The tolerance can reach ±0.002mm. They are particularly advantageous for machining stainless steel products. However, due to the high cost of the machinery and low processing efficiency, the processing fee is relatively high.

The higher cost of turning parts compared to other metalworking components is due to the turning process, which requires high precision, low speed, and low output. A significant portion of turning parts require secondary processing after being machined on the machine to meet functional requirements, such as slotting, drilling, milling edges, chamfering, and more.
