Flue gases from coke ovens contain a significant amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx), which, when emitted untreated into the atmosphere, not only pollute the environment but also pose severe health risks. The issue of coke oven leakage is widespread.

As the age of the coke oven increases, it is inevitable to encounter the issue of coke oven leaks. Coke oven leaks can lead to the presence of tar, carbon powder, coal powder, and other complex components in the flue gas, while also causing changes in the levels of NOx and SO2.

Recommend adding plate valves to the flue, which boast over 99% airtightness and effectively isolate smoke, solving the issue of smoke leakage. Designed according to the principles of mechanics and thermodynamics, the plate valves ensure no deformation at high temperatures. The plates are designed with a diamond composite structure and the internal stiffeners are CNC machined, maintaining shape even under significant temperature variations.

Flue gas produced by burning coke ovens has low temperatures and high water content (up to 20%), and the condensed water tends to corrode the flue and baffles. During operation, the baffles are outside the flue, preventing corrosion. When closed, the baffles are made of carbon steel, lined with 316L stainless steel plates or other corrosion-resistant steel plates on both sides, ensuring the longevity of the baffle valve.
