Anodized hardware is a great coating process that allows for beautiful colors and textures on metal surfaces, enhancing their corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It typically involves cleaning, spraying, and baking stages, with the baking temperature and time being crucial parameters.

Temperature of五金coating:

Room Temperature Painting: Typically carried out at room temperatures of 15℃-25℃, it requires drying within 2-3 hours and is suitable for painting small workpieces.

2. Low-Temperature Painting: Typically carried out at temperatures between 60℃-80℃, it requires drying within 20-30 minutes, and is suitable for metal parts with high aesthetic requirements and a certain surface area.

3. High-Temperature Painting: Typically carried out at temperatures between 180℃-200℃, it requires drying within 30-60 minutes and is suitable for painting large components such as island guard plates, casings, pipelines, etc.

The time for metal powder coating:

Drying Time: Standard temperature baking paint requires 2-3 hours to dry, low-temperature baking paint needs to dry in 20-30 minutes, and high-temperature baking paint needs to dry in 30-60 minutes.

2. Retention Time: After baking, the temperature must be maintained for a certain period, typically 20-30 minutes at 70℃-90℃ to achieve optimal baking paint results.

Cautionary Notice:

Before painting, the surface oil, dust, and moisture of the hardware must be cleaned to ensure the quality of the coating.

During the spraying process, pay attention to uniformity and thickness to avoid affecting the coating effect due to uneven layers.

During the baking process, it is crucial to prevent high temperatures and over-drying to avoid affecting product quality.
