The internal structure is simple and easy to maintain. The bearings lie horizontally at both ends of the cylinder, solving the problem of material easily entering the bearings in vertical dry powder mixers.

The gap between the external periphery of the internal screw conveyor and the inner wall of the casing can be adjusted to 1-2mm, and it is equipped with a lower cleaning door for residue-free production. Scraper blades can be installed on the spiral belt, making it more suitable for thick and paste-like mixtures.

Long-lasting lifespan; the mixer is durable and reliable, requiring no regular maintenance except for the replacement of wear parts, and can be used normally for 8-10 years.
