One-Time Startup Grant

Eligibility Conditions

1. The legal representatives or operators of start-up enterprises (referring to small and micro enterprises, individual businesses, social organizations, law firms, accounting firms, and farmers' cooperative societies registered in our city within 3 years) must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Students from regular colleges and universities, secondary vocational schools, and technical schools (both current and within five years of graduation), as well as individuals who have returned from studying abroad (within five years of graduation).

(2) Register unemployed individuals, those facing employment difficulties, and residents who have been lifted out of poverty in the province.

(3) Returnee entrepreneurs refer to individuals whose registered residence is in Dongguan, who have left Dongguan to pursue education or work elsewhere and then returned to start a business in their original hometown town street (park) under Dongguan's registered residence.

(4) Individuals involved in establishing inns, bed and breakfasts, and rural tourism businesses.

(5) Other types of entrepreneurs who have settled in Dongguan.

2. The startup has been registered and operational for 6 months, has had employed staff (excluding the legal representative or operator) making regular social insurance contributions for the past 3 months prior to the subsidy application, and has not been listed as "business abnormal" by the market supervision authority at the time of application.

Eligible Recipients: Entrepreneurs who meet the criteria. Eligible individuals and entities are only entitled to receive one-time entrepreneurship subsidy.

Subsidy Standard: 10,000 yuan.

Subsidy Duration: One-time.

"Entrepreneurship Driven Employment Subsidy"

Subsidy Conditions

New startups are hiring employees (except for the legal representative or principal person in charge) who have signed a labor contract for a term of one year or more, have paid social insurance fees for six months or more, and are still employed in the company at the time of applying for subsidies.

Within 12 months of a startup's application for labor employment subsidies, the same labor cannot be employed by another startup to reapply for subsidies.

Eligible entities for subsidies: Employers that meet the criteria (excluding enterprises where all shareholders are legal persons and labor dispatch enterprises).

Subsidy Standards:

Hiring less than 3 people? Receive a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per person.

For each additional hire of four or more, a subsidy of 3,000 RMB is provided, with a total amount not exceeding 30,000 RMB.

The subsidy application must be submitted within 3 years of the registration of the relevant entrepreneurial entity, with the application period not exceeding 4 years from the date of registration.
