(1) Based on the drum line equipment diagram, determine the longitudinal centerline of the equipment, which serves as the equipment's reference for the drum line. Outside the workshop, this is typically marked using the building column grid, delineating the longitudinal centerline of the drum line.
(2) If the equipment related to the roller line has already been installed, the centerline should be determined primarily based on the relevant standards of the adjacent equipment. The connection standards with the factory column grid should only be referred to. This ensures that the roller line components can operate smoothly and reliably.
3) After determining the center position, align the machine frame with the legs according to the equipment diagram. Install the drive frame and motor equipment, then attach the nylon strips, secure the chain, and install the transmission roller and directional sprockets (ensuring the sprocket faces are in the same vertical plane). Adjust the motor position to achieve a satisfactory tension level of the chain.
(4) Equipment Adjustment Feet. Ensure the adjustment feet meet the planned equipment standards.
(5) Equipment guards, electrical control components, motor shields, etc.
After thorough self-reflection, proceed with an empty machine trial run. Adjustments are needed for some elements that do not align with the planned requirements and standards. During the trial run, inspect the tension level of the chains and the engagement of the chains with the roller sprockets, making timely adjustments as necessary.
