Our company specializes in mold release coatings, primarily nickel iron fluoropolymers: as a "non-stick coating," it features a low coefficient of friction, with values ranging between 0.05 and 0.015, enhancing product lubricity. It boasts excellent non-stick properties, particularly in mold release, effectively addressing issues such as difficult release and sticking in soft silicone dual-color molds, TUP, TPE, TPR, and other liquid silicone materials. The uniform and controllable coating thickness can cater to high-precision mold requirements, such as micro-etching. It can be paired with precision mold inserts, sliders, and inserts. Our in-house developed technology allows for localized soft silicone molds and coating of mold accessories with a nickel fluoropolymers coating.

Nickel Teflon Coating Characteristics:

Non-stick: Virtually all materials do not adhere to the nano-nickel Teflon coating.

2. Heat Resistance: The coating can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C and can be used continuously between 240°C to 260°C.

3. Slippage: The coating features a low coefficient of friction, and the coefficient of friction changes during load slippage, but the value remains between 0.05 and 0.15.

4. Abrasion Resistance: Offers excellent wear resistance under high load, featuring dual benefits of being wear-resistant and non-stick.

5. Corrosion Resistance: The coating is almost unaffected by chemical agents, providing protection to the workpiece against any type of chemical corrosion.

Coating thickness is typically between 0.005~0.02mm, with 0.01mm being a common choice.

Suitable for: Most mold cavity and difficult-to-remove moving parts, silicone molds, plastic molds, soft rubber two-color molds, TUP, TPE, TPR liquid silicone molds.
