Starting and Operating Precautions
Before commencing, drivers should first observe and clear the area and pathways to ensure they are suitable for forklift operation.
2. At the beginning, first close the emergency switch, unlock the electric lock, then position the steering switch correctly, honk the horn, and then start off slowly, gradually accelerating. It is prohibited to rapidly step on the throttle to start, to prevent excessive starting current from damaging the motor.
When driving, accelerate gradually; prolonged low-speed driving is not permitted.
4. Do not turn the direction switch while driving; only switch directions after the vehicle has come to a complete stop. Avoid sudden braking as much as possible. In case of an emergency, quickly pull the emergency switch and press the brake pedal to stop immediately.
When starting or turning, honk the horn. Slow down and proceed with caution when turning, descending hills, encountering uneven roads, or passing through narrow passages. Always prioritize safety.
6. While driving on the road, stay in the right lane. Forklift forks should be approximately 100-200mm off the ground, and the door frame should be in the rear tilt position. When two vehicles are traveling in the same direction, maintain a distance of more than 2 meters between them.
When overtaking or yielding, an empty vehicle should give way to a loaded one.
