The front center of the blade features a round plastic cap, unscrew it to reveal a short shaft exposed.
2. Gently tap the axis fan blades by holding the leaf with a small mallet to remove them.
Note: The switch is reverse-threaded; clockwise for disassembly, counterclockwise for tightening.
4. If the industrial ceiling fan does not have this structure, it means there's a small screw at the side of the blade. Pay attention to it, and after loosening the screw, the blade can be removed.
5. Standard fan blades are typically removed by unscrewing from the center, and the fan blade knob is reverse-threaded; it must be turned in the opposite direction to loosen it.
6. The disassembly process varies depending on the fan's structure. Generally, you can start by unscrewing the screws at the back, allowing the body shell to be opened. To remove the outer ring of the fan head, use a screwdriver to loosen the screws, then detach the fixing ring and outer cover. To remove the fan blades, turn the nuts on them clockwise.
Industrial ceiling fans' blade damage over time is closely related to the motor's condition. Therefore, regular maintenance and care of the industrial ceiling fan's motor can significantly extend its lifespan, optimizing blade usage.
Industrial Ceiling Fan Motor Maintenance and Care
1. Clean motor. Timely remove dust and grease from the motor base. If the environment is dusty, clean it daily.
2. Inspect and clean the motor terminal connections. Check if the terminal box screws are loose or burned.
3. Inspect and tighten all fixed part screws, including anchor bolts, end cap screws, and bearing cover screws. Secure any loose nuts.
4. Motor Grounding Equipment Inspection: Ensuring proper grounding of the motor is a critical step. The motor grounding equipment should be inspected before the motor is tested, and it must comply with grounding standards.
5. There are also some insulating resistances in the motor, which should be checked for effectiveness, especially at the contact points of the resistances. Inspect the fan blades for cracks; if any are found, they should be replaced promptly, as the blades of the fan can easily be ejected during operation due to the force exerted.
6. The damper is connected to multiple parts within the mechanical assembly, where loosening can occur easily. If any screws fall out, they should be replaced promptly.
