Firstly, examine the water curtain. Regardless of the reputation of the other party, it must first be a 5090 model water curtain. In the harsh market competition, some manufacturers may substitute a regular water curtain for the 5090 model. A regular water curtain refers to either a 6090 or a 5090 model, but the 5090 water curtain has a darker color, higher density, a sturdier feel to the touch, and a smaller hole size, making it appear more solid. These characteristics determine that the 5090 water curtain has stronger water absorption, greater resistance to corrosion, better cooling effects, and a longer service life!
Reconsidering the appearance, the delicacy and robustness of the design are crucial factors in determining the longevity of the entire air cooler. Just take a look at the internal structure of an eco-friendly air conditioner to understand this. The motor is centrally located in the machine and is supported by three aluminum alloy brackets. If the outer shell is not robust enough, the junction between the support brackets and the outer shell can become loose over time. Some suppliers use iron plates for the brackets, causing the inner threads of the shell to slip and the iron brackets to rust, making it impossible to remove the motor. This leads to significant difficulties in maintenance. Normally, within the supplier's warranty period, which is one year, if the motor needs to be replaced after a year, many factories have their own maintenance staff. If they cannot remove the motor, they have to hire external repair personnel, incurring additional costs. If the motor cannot be replaced after 2-3 years, the only option is to replace the entire unit, resulting in the factory unnecessarily spending a lot of money. Because the eco-friendly air conditioners break down, and it's impossible to repair them. Replacing the main unit is too expensive, costing nearly as much as installing a new machine. Therefore, the machines are left unused.
The motor of the eco-friendly air conditioner is not at full power, so the air volume is naturally low, and the cooling capacity is definitely low. Although there seems to be air at the outlet, it is far from meeting the industry standards.
