1. First, check if the equipment's power fuse has blown. If it's a single-phase failure, the electric hoist will not be able to rotate. The starting torque of the crane's electric hoist is zero, meaning the motor won't operate, and it's necessary to replace the fuse with an adequate one.

2. Additionally, the low voltage in the power grid is an issue. Since the dynamic torque of the equipment is proportional to the square of the voltage, the acceleration torque cannot overcome the load torque, resulting in insufficient operating speed. The necessary action is to increase the voltage of the power grid for the equipment.

3. Stator winding inter-turn short circuit, grounding, or open circuit refers to the grounding wire of the electric hoist winding appearing at the lead connection plate. The necessary action is to open the junction box for inspection. It is important to note that the motor should not be checked during a short circuit. It is crucial to verify that the control device wiring is correct; if the contactor contacts are not properly grounded, causing the circuit to fail to connect, then the contactor contacts should be sanded down to smooth any blemishes. Additionally, it is necessary to check the core's engagement and disengagement, for any binding issues; if present, they will require replacement.

4. Another point to note is that if the crane's electric hoist is overloaded, it will result in the inability to lift heavy loads and prevent overloading, meaning the electric hoist will not rotate. The solution is to first remove the load. If the motor can start normally, it indicates a fault in the transmission mechanism, such as the gearbox. Check the driven mechanism and clear the fault. Before reoperation, the entire crane must undergo testing. Only after a successful operational test should it be put into use.
