A corrosion-resistant online density meter is an instrument for continuously measuring the density of liquids, primarily used in industrial process automation control. It generates a corresponding 4-20mA analog signal based on changes in medium density and can also output digital signals for remote calibration and monitoring after conversion. Depending on the industrial process, density can be expressed as Brix, GL, Baume, Plato, and percentage concentration.
The intelligent inline online density meter is widely applicable in industrial sites such as on-site pipelines, open or closed storage tanks, allowing for continuous and real-time online measurement of liquid density in pipelines or tanks.
The smart inline online density meters can perform online density measurements for various liquids. They are widely used in the petrochemical industry for applications such as oil, refining, blending, oil-water interface detection; in the food industry for grape juice, tomato juice, fruit syrup, vegetable oil, and soft drink processing; in the dairy industry; in the papermaking industry; for testing black stock, green stock, white stock, alkali solutions; for measuring the alcohol content in winemaking; and for testing the densities of urea, detergents, ethylene glycol, acids and bases, and polymers in the chemical industry. They are also applicable in industries such as mining brine, potash alkali, lubricating oil, and more.
