The principle of the online density meter is based on the double-flange differential pressure method established on the static pressure. Since the liquid being measured is not always stationary, it is constantly circulating and agitated. Therefore, the device using the static pressure principle to test density must overcome these influences. Auxiliary test tanks need to be added in places not suitable for direct measurement, allowing the density meter to operate in areas with very low flow rate and fluctuations, ensuring the stability of the online density meter readings.
2. The specific installation diagrams are designed and decided by the on-site technical staff based on the dimensions of the purchased equipment.
3. When testing for flowing liquids or liquids with significant vibration, an auxiliary measurement drum should be installed to ensure stable reading. Field operators must balance both dynamic requirements and reading stability when adjusting the flow rate of the liquid within the measurement drum.
4. Ensure that the two diaphragms are on the same vertical plane during the installation of the on-site online density meter; otherwise, measurement errors may occur.
The liquid being tested must remain above two measurement sensors at all times.
6. The online density meter can theoretically measure density for different mediums; please calculate the density result based on the on-site conditions.
