The online density meter is an instrument that can measure the density of liquids online. It employs modern collection technology and also includes temperature compensation. It has been widely applied in various fields. When in use, it must be operated according to the specified requirements. Today, the ZT editor will specifically introduce what to pay attention to when wiring an online density meter.
1. If installing an online density meter outdoors, take appropriate sun protection measures, such as adding a sunshade, which can extend the service life of the online density meter. Additionally, for the protective tubes of cables and wires, ensure proper sealing to prevent water accumulation, which may affect their normal operation.
2. If installed in regions with extreme cold or heat, the online density meter may be affected by temperature, impacting its normal operation. Therefore, protective equipment against high or low temperatures should be added around it when temperatures exceed the instrument's operating requirements.
3. Typically, online density meters come with lightning protection devices, but in areas prone to heavy thunderstorms, it's still advisable to take precautions against lightning strikes. For instance, additional lightning protection equipment can be installed at both the input and output ends of the online density meter.
4. Ensure that the online densitometer is placed in a clean and dry location, and it must be managed by a designated personnel to maintain its original condition; otherwise, it may affect the measurement results. Additionally, if it is not used for an extended period, disconnect the power source and remove its water tank and measuring platform.
When installing the online densitometer, please pay close attention to the following content. Also, ensure proper maintenance and care to prevent it from falling or being struck. When cleaning, use only professional cleaning agents and avoid organic solvents. Furthermore, do not arbitrarily disassemble the components of the online densitometer during use.
