I. Product Features and Applications
Halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant cables are suitable for AC rated voltages of 450/750V and below, used in control, monitoring circuits, and protective lines, etc. Particularly suitable for high-safety coefficient environments such as nuclear power plants, subways, theaters, etc. This product overcomes the shortcomings of traditional flame-retardant control cables, greatly facilitates fire fighting and evacuation of personnel, and avoids the corrosion of halogen acid gases on instruments and equipment, becoming a replacement for traditional flame-retardant control cables. It mainly has the following five characteristics:
1. Low hydrogen halide gas release when cables burn.
2. Cables produce little smoke and have high light transmission when burning.
3. The cable core can operate at a long-term working temperature of up to 90°C, extending the cable's service life.
4. Insulated wire cores are digitally coded for easy installation, adjustment, and maintenance.
5. Utilizes spooling for laying, capable of producing a single cable over 3KM in length.
Section II: Product Execution Standards
III. Features
1. Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V.
2. The long-term allowable operating temperature for the cable conductor is 90°C.
3. The laying temperature of the cables should not be below 0°C. The recommended bending radii are: For cables without armor, the bending radius should be at least 6 times the cable outer diameter; for cables with armor or copper tape shielding, it should be at least 12 times the cable outer diameter; for flexible cables with shielding, it should be at least 6 times the cable outer diameter.
