Explosion-proof thermocouples and resistance thermometers have similar structures, principles, and assembly methods. The main difference lies in the explosion-proof product's junction box (housing), which is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die casting and features ample internal space, wall thickness, and mechanical strength. The rubber sealing ring's thermal stability meets national explosion-proof standards. Therefore, when an explosive mixture inside the junction box explodes, the internal pressure will not damage the box, and the resulting heat energy will not spread outward – causing further explosion. As long as users strictly adhere to the product's usage instructions, reliable explosion-proof performance can be achieved.

Working Principle
Explosion-proof thermistors utilize the gap-type explosion-proof principle. They are designed with components, such as junction boxes, that have sufficient strength. All parts that can generate sparks, arcs, or dangerous temperatures are sealed within the junction box cavity. In the event of an explosion inside the cavity, the fire can be extinguished and cooled through the gaps in the mating surfaces, preventing the flame and temperature from spreading outside the cavity, thereby achieving explosion-proofing.

Room Temperature Insulation Resistance
Resistance temperature detectors operate within an environmental temperature range of 15-35°C, with a relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and a test voltage of 10-100V (DC). The insulation resistance between the electrode and the sheath is greater than 100MΩ.
