1. Steel sheets are cut into various sizes using shears. The dimensions of the cut steel plates vary depending on the specific iron cabinet product and its location (such as door panels, side panels, top cover, bottom panel, and partition panels).
2. The trimmed iron plates are deburred using a press brake, with different positions on the iron cabinets (such as door panels, side panels, top cover, bottom plate, and partition panels) requiring different deburring styles. Larger factories typically use a conveyor line for deburring.
3. The iron plates at the corners are bent using a bending machine, with the bends varying according to the different positions of the iron cabinets.
After folding the side panels, top, middle board, bottom board, back panel, sliders, and partition uprights of the metal cabinet, weld them using a spot welder. Depending on the different styles of the metal cabinet, various products are produced. At this point, the entire metal cabinet is completed. Using a traceless spot welder ensures the surface of the product is flat, eliminating the need for sanding or filling.
5. The fully spot-welded iron cabinet undergoes acid pickling and phosphatization treatment to thoroughly remove surface grease and rust from the iron plate.
6. The cleaned iron cabinets are then coated with electrostatic powder coating in the spray painting workshop. Nowadays, electrostatic powder coating is commonly used, resulting in products with no unpleasant odor and is environmentally friendly.
The color of iron cabinets is generally grayish-white, with slight color variations due to different powders and batches used by various manufacturers. After spraying, the products must be subjected to a high-temperature heat treatment of 180-200 degrees Celsius.
7. Once the products are spray-painted, they can be transported to the assembly workshop for assembly, which includes installing partitions, slides, drawers, doors, and tuning. After assembly, the quality inspector inspects them, and then they are ready for packaging.
8. The packaged iron cabinets can be categorized and stored in the finished goods warehouse.
