Security Personnel Quality

1. Ages 20-48

2. Height of 1.70 meters or above

3. Attractive appearance, good health, and certified to work.

4. High school education or above, with at least 1/3 of the population having a higher education level.

5. Graduated from a relevant management school.

6. Over six months of relevant work experience.

Section II: Apparel and Equipment

1. Uniform distribution of black special operations uniforms.

2. Equipped with unified bedding and patrol rubber sticks.

3. Equipped with new-style flashbang-proof batons.

III. Duty Standing

1. Doors are staffed with two or more personnel during regular working hours, providing standing guard services to establish a positive image for the company and offer security checks for personnel, vehicles, and goods entering and exiting the gates.

Section 4: Suitable for

Large and medium-sized enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, publicly listed companies, large department stores, and large and medium-sized residential complexes.
