Security Personnel Quality

1. Ages 20-48

2. Height over 1.70 meters.

3. Handsome appearance, good health, and certified to work.

4. College education or above, with a minimum of 1/3 of the population holding such qualifications.

5. Graduated from a relevant management school.

6. Minimum of six months of relevant work experience.

Section 2: Apparel and Equipment

1. Distribute black tactical uniforms uniformly.

2. Equipped with uniform bedding and patrol rubber batons.

3. Equipped with new-style flashbang-proof batons.

III. Duty Stationing

1. Gate posts are staffed with two or more personnel during regular working hours, providing stationed duty services to establish a favorable corporate image and offer security checks for personnel, vehicles, and goods entering and exiting the gate.

Section 4: Applicable to

Large and medium-sized enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, publicly-listed companies, large shopping malls, and large and medium-sized residential communities.
