(One) Company Security Officer's "Four Knows":
1. Familiar with clients' requirements for gatekeeper management, security prevention systems, and emergency response plans for incidents such as theft, fires, gas leaks, and international affairs.
2. Familiar with departmental leaders at customer units and with general employees (limited to units with less than 500 staff), as well as with unit vehicle license plates.
3. Familiarity with the key vulnerable areas of the client's organization, understanding the surrounding environmental conditions, and the ability to proactively identify weak links in security precautions.
4. Familiarize with the quantity, location, performance, and usage methods of the anti-theft and fire safety facilities at the client's unit. During duty, be able to understand and grasp the basic situation of the on-duty patrol area.
(II) "Six Good" Security Guards of the Company:
1. Polite and professional conduct, with a neat appearance (well-groomed attire, complete accessories, and proper demeanor).
2. Adhere to the early and late shift handover system (positionally assigned, polite and comprehensive, procedures complete, responsibilities clear, and civil language).
3. Gate guards maintain strict management (inspect and register people, vehicles, and items according to prescribed procedures, ensuring no omissions or gaps).
4. Upholding duty, patrol inspections prevent effectively (combining points and areas, diligent, comprehensive, and meticulous).
5. Swift response and effective handling of emergencies (decisive in action, adaptable to changes).
6. The team leader leads by example (effectively mentors new and transferred team members, providing guidance, business training, and fulfills team management responsibilities).
