The steel strip spiral fin tube is a type of energy-saving heat exchange element. It is a welding method that wraps and welds the steel tube wall into a spiral shape, thereby greatly increasing the surface area of the steel tube, improving the heat exchange effect by 4-7 times compared to ordinary tubes. This product boasts high weld joint strength, low thermal resistance, large lateral heat transfer area, compact structure, small volume, and material savings. Traditional welding methods are either high-frequency welding or simply welding the ends of tube sections, none of which fully utilize the heat exchange efficiency of the spiral fin tube. The steel strip spiral fin tube laser welding machine developed by Yingchuang Laser takes advantage of the high-energy characteristics of laser to quickly fuse the contact surface between the fins and the steel tube, making it a solid weld and maximizing the heat exchange area of the product. This method improves the heat exchange efficiency by over 5 times compared to traditional welding processes, and also features dust resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

The use of laser welding spiral fin tubes allows for a tighter weld without altering the fin material, resulting in higher heat dissipation efficiency.
2. Laser welding is a metallurgical bonding process, resulting in finned tubes that are more resistant to corrosion, heat, and dust compared to traditional welding methods; ideal for more severe operating environments.
3. Utilizes a continuous fiber laser with no additional consumables, consuming only 2-3 kWh of electricity on average per hour, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
4. The laser welding machine is easy to operate, belonging to automated welding production, allowing one worker to operate multiple sets of equipment, thus saving labor costs.

Steel-Strip Spiral Fin Tubes are widely used in petrochemical, mechanical, metallurgical, rubber, dyeing, food, power plants, passenger cars, drying, and other industrial applications for heating and cooling. They are ideal heat exchange elements in cracking furnaces, conversion furnaces, air preheaters, economizers, heat exchangers, crystallizers, radiators, and heat pipe technologies. Spiral fin tubes, as steel fin radiators, are extensively used in office buildings, residential complexes, hotels, factories, and other civil and industrial construction. They offer excellent heating effects and have replaced traditional cast iron and panel radiators.
