The energy feedback laser welding machine offers stronger laser energy and superior welding quality compared to traditional current feedback machines. Under the same laser power, the energy feedback laser welding machine can achieve a deeper welding melt pool through power boost feedback.

1. Laser beams allow for spectral division of time and energy, enabling simultaneous processing of multiple beams, significantly increasing welding speed and allowing users to complete processing orders in less time.
2. High welding depth-to-width ratio up to 10:1, with smooth and aesthetically pleasing weld points, flat weld seams without pores, and weld strength and toughness at least equivalent to, if not exceeding, the base metal. Post-weld treatment is unnecessary or only requires minimal processing, reducing the labor intensity for workers.
3. The equipment has no requirements for welding environment, capable of welding at room temperature or under special conditions. It can weld refractory materials such as titanium and quartz, and can also perform welding on dissimilar materials with excellent results.
4. Energy output is more stable and the light spot more even compared to current feedback, resulting in a higher yield of good welds.
