Cutting:
Laser cutting is a non-contact cutting method that can cut a variety of patterns and text. The laser cutting technology involves using a laser beam to照射 onto the acrylic sheet surface, releasing energy to melt the acrylic. Laser cutting allows for the processing of highly complex patterns, texts, or logos, enabling the creation of intricate shapes that meet our processing requirements. After polishing, the cut materials can restore the high transparency inherent in acrylic materials.
2. Drilling:
Acrylic can be directly drilled using a drilling machine, offering excellent machining properties compared to glass. Simply place it on the drill press according to the machining drawings and secure it, then directly locate and drill. Acrylic can also be drilled using CNC technology, resulting in components with high assembly accuracy. We just input the various parameters from the drawings into the computer and use it to control the CNC machine for precise drilling.
3. Polishing:
Acrylic itself has high transparency, comparable to naturally occurring crystal. Therefore, we need to polish it to restore its crystal-like clarity. Acrylic polishing can be done using traditional cloth wheel polishing, diamond polishing, or flame polishing. The general sequence is to start with diamond polishing, followed by flame polishing to remove burrs from the edges, smoothing the acrylic product. Finally, use a cloth wheel to polish, applying a little wax to the wheel to achieve acrylic products with over 92% transparency.
4. Hot bending:
Due to the fact that acrylic materials soften at temperatures between 70° and 100°, the heat bending technique allows for the shaping of acrylic into various required forms and irregular components. Heat bending of acrylic can be achieved in different methods, enabling the simultaneous bending of multiple acrylic sheets on a single heat bending machine and mold. The majority of heat bending is done through single or parallel lines, with the bending angle being adjustable according to the mold design.
5. Adhesive Bonding:
Adhesives are a crucial process, entirely handcrafted, making employee experience vital at this stage. Strict control is essential during the acrylic product bonding process, ensuring that bonding is accurate to the design specifications, free from misalignment, bubbles, and loose connections. Only products adhering to these stringent quality standards are permitted for shipment.
Assembly:
Assembly is self-explanatory; it involves combining various processed acrylic accessories to create a complete product. At this point, quality inspections of the entire product must be conducted, ensuring accuracy before packaging and shipping.
