Standard zipper bags are generally larger in size, made from woven bags with transparent PE or OPP plastic film, featuring a standard plastic zipper. They are commonly used for packaging larger items, such as the outer packaging for blankets or large, simple luggage bags.
Zipper bags are not an unfamiliar term to us. They are widely used in our daily lives, whether for buying vegetables or fruits; most of what we use are zipper bags. Unlike ordinary plastic products, zipper bags are primarily made from chemical materials, and the production process is quite convenient.
Zipper bag manufacturers can produce zipper bags by simply processing HDPE or LDPE plastic granules through a zipper bag blowing film machine, followed by bagging with a zipper bag making machine. Zipper bags are mostly white or transparent, with little variation in color and no odor, and contain no toxins.
Zipper bags were initially made directly from plastic granules, requiring no additional chemicals and boasting strong practicality. However, due to their non-biodegradable nature from chemical materials, causing environmental pollution, they faced public opposition. Later, zipper bag manufacturers, after extensive research, added biodegradable materials during the blowing process, producing biodegradable zipper bags with enhanced environmental friendliness and significant recycling efforts.
Due to the poor heat resistance and impact resistance of eco-friendly ziplock bags, they cannot hold too much; otherwise, the entire bag cannot bear the weight. Therefore, there is still a gap compared to the previous non-degradable ziplock bags.
