Bio-based Nylon PA510
Bio-based Nylon PA510
PA510 is a renewable and environmentally friendly biobased nylon, with a 100% biobased content, and is a high-performance long-chain nylon variety.
Features:
1. 100% bio-based, low-carbon, environmentally friendly material.
2. Excellent toughness, low water absorption, and good低温performance and dimensional stability.
3. Excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties.
4. Reinforced with glass fiber and ceramic fiber, it boasts good strength and surface properties, capable of replacing metals and ceramics in applications such as electronic appliances and automobiles.
5. PA510 contains fewer carbon atoms compared to materials like PA1010, PA1012, and PA11. Generally, the fewer carbon atoms in nylon, the better its hydrophilicity, which aids in enhancing the skin-friendly properties of nylon.
Usage:
Primarily used for toothbrush filaments, single filaments, cable sheathing, mechanical manufacturing, oil storage containers, and textile machinery components. It is also increasingly applied in the electronics industry for battery cases, instrument guides, mobile phone frames, watch cases, and VR lightweight structural components, among other new applications.
PA510 fiberglass reinforced material
High strength and modulus, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, low water absorption, excellent molding processability, and good dimensional stability. Suitable for product components that require low water absorption, high dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance. Examples include the bezel bottom cover of smartwatches, drone wings, water valves, gun stocks, magazines, and engineering conveyors.
