PA1012 is a biodegradable eco-friendly biobased nylon, with a biobased content exceeding 60%.

Features:

The moisture absorption rate is low in nylon, offering good dimensional stability, oil and alkali resistance, and being non-toxic. It maintains excellent flexibility at low temperatures.

Usage:

Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or powder coating, it can replace nylon 11 and nylon 12.

High strength and modulus, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, low water absorption rate, good molding and processing properties, and dimensional stability. Suitable for components requiring low water absorption rate, good dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance, such as the frame bottom cover of smartwatches, smartwatch shells, drone wings, water valves, engineering hoses, and other products.
