High-current terminal connectors are composed of an insulating base, an insulating partition, and wire components. The insulating base is integrated, with the terminal components seated on the insulating base and positioned within the insulating partition. The terminal components include wire clamps, screws, nuts, and a support frame. The support frame is U-shaped, with the wire clamps placed inside it. The nuts and screws press the wire clamps in place along the elongated holes of the U-shaped ends of the support frame. The wire clamps consist of an upper wire clamp and a conductive plate. The upper wire clamp has multiple rows of protruding ribs on its surface. The conductive plate features multiple rows of protruding ribs on its top surface, forming an arc with the protrusions at the center of the upper surface. The arc has one to two ribs, and the protrusions form a sawtooth pattern. The middle section of the conductive plate's top surface is a raised platform with a threaded hole in the center, connecting to the insulating base with a bolt. On the bottom surface of the conductive plate, there are two locating blocks at each end, which connect to the U-shaped support frame. When the two upper wire clamps of the high-current terminal connectors are placed on either side of the conductive plate platform and clamped together, the upper wire clamp and the conductive plate ribs interlock (with a bite-like engagement to hold the wire clamp in place).
High-current terminal connectors are composed of an insulating saddle, an "U" frame, nuts, hexagon socket screws, and upper and lower sliding blocks in each connection area. There are wiring holes between the upper and lower sliding blocks, with the hexagon socket screws passing through the nuts and resting on the upper sliding block. The purpose is to directly connect cables of varying thicknesses to the high-current terminal connectors. Compared to existing technologies, these connectors offer the flexibility to assemble and join a variable number of terminal units, can crimp single or multi-core cables, and provide a secure and reliable connection with easy installation and maintenance.
