Our white top kraft paper comes in two types: one is the bleached wood pulp kraft paper with a glazed surface, and the other is the coated kraft paper. These are primarily used for cardboard packaging. In the general domestic market, unless specified otherwise, white top kraft paper typically refers to bleached wood pulp faceboard paper. However, it differs significantly from international versions. Due to material differences, domestic surface layers use bleached wood pulp, while the backing layer uses deinked pulp or white edge paper, and the base layer uses domestic or imported waste paper.
Coated kraft paper combines the strength of kraft boxboard (such as rigidity, tear resistance, ring crush strength, and environmental friendliness) with the surface properties of coated white paperboard and coated white cardstock (such as excellent printability and post-print processing adaptability). As a result, lightweight coated white surface kraft paper will face a vast market space in this niche market, and can also replace some gray-bottom coated white paperboard, primarily used as the surface layer of packaging boxes for high-consumption goods in the future.
Coated 牛卡 paper boasts its excellent properties such as low grammage, good smoothness, luster, flexibility, and adaptability to eco-friendly printing methods like water-based ink printing, offset printing, and flexography. It allows for direct printing on the base paper, offering superior adaptability to the new requirements of packaging products for paper properties compared to traditional kraft paper and whiteboard paper. Moreover, its unit packaging cost is up to 16% lower than whiteboard paper.
