For the user unit, any equipment enters the stage of equipment management from the very beginning of the selection and argumentation of the purchasing plan; from the day the equipment is put into use, there are maintenance and repair issues with elevators. To maintain and repair elevators well, it is essential to adhere to five principles:
Maintain the daily inspection and patrol system
By conducting on-site surveillance of elevator operation, we gain real-time insights into the lubrication, temperature rise, operation sounds, instrument readings, and signal displays of all major components. This enables us to promptly address any anomalies and maintain a clear understanding of the elevator's operational status.
2. Uphold a regular maintenance and repair system
Based on the working characteristics and maintenance requirements of various parts of the elevator, targeted cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and necessary tightening or repairs are conducted on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual basis to ensure the elevator remains in optimal working condition.
3. Adhere to the scheduled maintenance system
Based on the daily maintenance status and usage frequency of the elevator, determine the projects and timing for major and medium repairs. Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair various parts of the elevator, replace worn-out and non-serviceable components and outdated parts, ensuring the elevator reaches the required technical performance and operational condition, thereby extending its service life.
4. Adhere to the annual safety and technology inspection system
Through annual regulatory inspections of the elevator's safety systems and overall performance conducted by local departments, we address the deficiencies in human and technical inspection methods of elevator users. By conducting inspections and rectifying existing issues, we ensure elevator safety.
5. Adhere to standardized usage management practices
Incorporating safe usage management, technical document management, professional training and assessment for maintenance personnel and elevator operators, there must be standardized procedures to follow. Elevator maintenance staff should maintain relative stability.
