The ultraviolet laser marking machine is part of the laser marking machine series but is developed using a 355nm ultraviolet laser source. It employs a third-order cavity frequency-doubling technology. Compared to infrared lasers, the 355nm ultraviolet light has a smaller focused spot, significantly reducing material mechanical deformation and minimizing heat-affected zones, making it ideal for fine marking and engraving applications.
The micron-level fine UV laser marking machine features a laser spot diameter of 3mm, with a small focused spot size, enabling ultra-fine marking line widths of ≤10um (micrometers). The line fineness reaches the micron level, capable of etching out delicate effects.
The heat-affected zone is minimal. High-energy ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 355nm directly breaks the chemical bonds of atoms or molecules on the material's surface, performing a "cold" treatment. The small heat-affected area ensures high processing quality.
Three: Fast marking speed. The galvanometer precision marking head offers fine marking effects and allows for reprocessing. Character marking speed reaches 300 characters per second, with a line speed of up to 7,000mm/s.
Four: Longevity. Common UV laser marking machines have a high optical conversion rate, with a laser lifespan of up to 20,000 hours, requiring no replacement of the light source.
Five: Maintenance-free. Under normal operating conditions, the entire machine does not require replacement or addition of any consumable parts. Low cost of operation in the long term.
Six, excellent energy efficiency. The overall power is only 850 watts, one-third of that of ordinary similar equipment. It can save thousands of dollars in electricity costs annually.
Seven, the software boasts powerful features. The marking software is compatible with CorelDRAW, CAD, Photoshop, and supports various graphic file formats such as PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, and barcode marking. It can directly use SHX, TTF font libraries for encoding and printing serial numbers, batch numbers, and dates.
