Applications: Suitable for hot stamping printing equipment, large machinery and equipment seals, and industries such as electronic instruments and circuit boards, can be used as heat-resistant baking pads for electronic instruments, textile dyeing machines, food baking pads, automotive, aerospace, computer, mechanical and electronic industries, fax machines, and high-temperature components inside printers; within automotive mechanical bodies, kitchenware, home appliances, and various other equipment.
Features: Silicone foam boards exhibit excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, dielectric properties, ozone resistance, and atmospheric aging resistance. The outstanding feature of silicone is its wide operating temperature range, allowing for long-term use between -60℃ (or lower) and +250℃ (or higher). However, silicone has poor tensile strength and tear resistance compared to most synthetic rubbers at room temperature. In addition to nitrile silicone and fluoro-silicone rubber, general silicone rubber has poor oil and solvent resistance. It is an amorphous material with high-activity adsorption properties, insoluble in any solvent, odorless, tasteless, chemically stable, and does not react with any substances except strong alkalis and hydrofluoric acid.
Advantages:
Ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance, extreme temperature tolerance, and flame retardancy.
2. Enhanced sealing capabilities, effectively blocking fine particles and drizzle.
Sealed, dustproof, moisture-proof, airtight, light-proof, shockproof, fire-resistant.
4. Vibration isolation for electronic devices and vehicle interiors
5. Buffer pads and washers.
