Today, let's discuss the manufacturing factory for metal stamping parts and the countermeasures taken for common issues in the entire stamping production process.
1. Our stamping products are inconsistent. If it's not due to the mold's expiration, then it's a matter of inspecting the precise alignment structure. Products must not sway left or right within the mold or fixture, as this can lead to unstable dimensions of the stamped parts or the appearance of burrs.
2. Pressed parts have experienced deformation, categorized into: chip-jam deformation, feeding-jam deformation, mold-jam deformation, impurity-jam deformation, and inter-product deformation. In such cases, the production staff of pressed parts must clean the mold chips and waste material on time, and can also use a fixed air gun for blowing. Ensure the lower mold's feeding opening is clear for timely waste material handling.
3. Burred edges on stamping products are primarily caused by poor cutting of the die blade, which can be improved by replacing the punch or polishing the blade.
4. Surface scratches on stamping parts can be addressed with the following countermeasures:
The mold surface is polished to prevent collisions between products and commodities.
B evaluates the turnover packaging materials to prevent damage to product quality.
Throughout the entire process, each item is handled with extreme care and gentle handling.
5. Molding Marks or Imprints: Caused by poor mold quality or product variety, these can be altered through mold modification or product variety improvement.
6. Cracks (or light leakage, splitting): May be caused by insufficient tensile strength of the material or the mold being pressed too deeply.
7. Defective forming is often caused by poor mold shaping or transportation issues. Therefore, if deformation is detected during the processing, it is imperative to repair the mold. For deformation issues that arise after transportation, improvements should be made to packaging and handling methods, with utmost attention to operational techniques.
