When installing high-temperature shafts, maintain uniform load-bearing capacity among all shafts on the production line to prevent deformation due to excessive load on individual parts.
2. To ensure the service life and condition of the high-temperature shaft, the tolerance fit between the bearing and shaft is selected based on the specific working conditions and the material of the high-temperature shaft. It cannot be compared in a general sense.
3. Compared to solid lubricated high-temperature shafts or mixed ceramic high-temperature shafts, this model can be heated to 160°C. Apply the lubricant evenly to the shaft during installation, then gently push it into place; do not use metal tools to strike it.
4. When installing full-complement roller or ball bearings at high temperatures, ensure the gap faces up on the vertical shaft to prevent binding during application. For horizontal shaft installation, position the bearing with the gap facing inward.
5. In industrial furnaces, the rails should be kept straight to fully utilize the parallel distance to limit the axial displacement of the wheels, thereby reducing the axial load on the bearings.
