Absorbent sponge roller is a multi-porous material with interconnected pores, offering excellent water absorption and good corrosion resistance. It is highly ideal for removing surface moisture.

It requires a moist condition, hence it is stored in the sink. The sponge roller, made from hydrophilic PVA, boasts excellent water absorption and retention capabilities due to the fine interconnected air pores of the hydrophilic material. Additionally, its unique softness allows for widespread use in the cleaning, pressure application, water absorption, and dehydration processes for printed circuit boards, glassware, steel plates, aluminum plates, and other panels.

Technical Specifications of PVA Absorbent Sponge Roller:

① Absorption capacity can reach 6 to 10 times its dry weight.

② Do not exceed a general operating temperature of 60°C, as this may lead to aging and reduced lifespan. For well-adhered absorbent rollers that are not in use immediately, they should be stored in clean water for maintenance.

The normal usage period is 5 to 8 months.
