Absorbent sponge roller is primarily used as a consumable in dry and wet process equipment. How should it be properly used and maintained for cleaning purposes, as it can handle various types of panels (circuit boards, LCDs, glass, steel plates, etc.)?
The absorbent sponge roller is composed of a resin-type sponge carrier made from various raw materials, featuring high-density micro-pores internally to support water absorption without deformation technology.
Due to the presence of numerous air pores subjected to high-temperature compression, the product must be soaked in pure water prior to use to open the internal air pores. During this process, a significant release of bubbles will occur, indicating the release of oxygen. The product can be used once all oxygen is completely released. (Hand pressure can be applied to accelerate the release process.)
During product downtime, it is necessary to soak the product in pure water to release the remaining sponge material, preventing particles in the water and medication crystals from clogging and causing issues such as hardening and poor water absorption. Maintaining the wheel's pH balance enhances performance and prolongs the lifespan of the product.
Please note that high concentrations of strong acids can shorten the product's lifespan. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the roller for correct usage. Regular maintenance and care of the equipment are necessary to achieve better performance and improve yield rates.
