In essence, what a workpiece reveals is not just a manufacturer's strength, but also their approach to handling details. For CNC lathe parts, if a manufacturer fails to handle them properly, the finished part is not usable. What should manufacturers pay attention to during the machining process?

One of the common issues overlooked by many manufacturers is the burrs on the surface of the workpiece. Many people say that the part looks a certain way when it comes out and another when it's packaged. However, this is not the case. For a component, CNC lathe machined parts are produced by machinery, and during injection molding, flash is generated, which is when these burrs form. If they are not trimmed in time or the part is discarded, it will also affect other stages of use.

The accuracy of parts is extremely strict for CNC lathe processed components. Only those meeting the required precision can be used. The evaluation of this precision primarily focuses on its control over dimensions. If the part falls within the allowable tolerance range, it is considered qualified. If it exceeds the tolerance, it is deemed不合格.

Three, the analysis of the test results: For a component, it must undergo performance testing before being shipped. If the performance is up to standard, it is then released for shipment. If not, it is necessary to identify some of the reasons to prevent large-scale scrapping. Manufacturers in the processing industry generally handle it this way, creating quality control charts based on the performance of multiple sources to analyze the causes.
