Before each program processing, it is essential to strictly confirm that the tools being used match the program.

Ensure the length of the blade and the suitability of the chosen knife holder are confirmed when installing the knife.

During machine operation, the door must remain closed to prevent flying knives or parts.

4. In the event of a collision with the tool during the processing, the operator must immediately stop the machine. This can be done by pressing the "Emergency Stop" button, the "Reset" button, or setting the "Feeding Rate" to zero.

5. During each tool change on the same workpiece, maintain the tool in the same area to ensure precision during tool engagement—CNC Machining Center Operation Rules.

6. If excessive machining allowance is found during the processing, it is mandatory to use "single segment" or "pause" to reset the X, Y, Z values to zero, manually mill them off, and then return to "zero point" to allow automatic operation.

7. Operators in operation must not leave the machine tool or regularly check its running status. If they need to leave in the middle, they must be supervised by professional personnel.

8. Prior to applying oil with the laser cutter, ensure the machine tool's interior is thoroughly cleaned of aluminum chips to prevent them from absorbing the oil.

During the roughing process, use air blowing as much as possible; in the finishing process, apply oil.

10. Parts must be deburred promptly after off the machine.

At the end of the shift, operators must conduct a timely and accurate handover to ensure the subsequent processing can proceed normally.

Before powering off, ensure the tool magazine is at the original position, the XYZ axis is centered, and then sequentially turn off the power to the machine tool's control panel and the main power supply.

When encountering thunderstorms, it is imperative to immediately disconnect the power and cease operations.
