Epoxy flooring paint is a particularly attractive and durable type of flooring paint. Since the mid-to-late 20th century, numerous clean room floors have emerged in Europe and America. These floors utilize an overall polymer coating known as epoxy flooring paint, primarily composed of epoxy resin and hardener.
Epoxy floor paint is a high-value, high-quality, and high-demand product. Proper usage ensures the ground remains as new as ever and extends its service life significantly.
Specific recommendations are as follows:
After the flat land construction is completed, it requires 7-10 days of maintenance before it can be put into use. During the maintenance period, avoid allowing water or any other solution to seep into the surface.
All employees entering the workshop must change into non-slip soled shoes (not foam-bottomed black shoes) to prevent bringing in outside dirt and sand, which could scratch the floor.
All hardware items, such as iron chairs, tables, and shelves, must have their legs wrapped with soft plastic, rubber, or padded with cardboard to prevent scratching the floor during use.
4. Ensure the tractor's plate is fully lifted off the ground. Be especially careful to avoid scraping the ground with the plate corners during turns.
5. When cleaning the floor, please use a soft, absorbent mop or a wet/dry vacuum. It can be cleaned with plain water or cleaning agents, but be cautious of the slippery surface.
6. If wear or scratching occurs due to prolonged use, minor areas can be patched locally. For larger areas, it is recommended to recoat the surface entirely.
Prior to the equipment entering the factory, lay cardboard boxes on the floor to prevent scuffing the ground during transportation.
8. Please use rigid or elastic rubber wheels for pushcarts and handtrucks, and use them separately indoors and outdoors in the factory.
9. Can be waxed according to ground requirements (which can prevent ground scratches).
