Working Principle:
When the pipeline temperature falls below the set temperature, the heating system automatically activates the heating circuit to start working, i.e., to heat the pipeline. As the pipeline temperature rises, the heating system automatically stops heating once the set temperature is reached. This heating system operates in a continuous cycle, ensuring the pipeline insulation remains stable, thereby actively maintaining the pipeline's warmth. This guarantees the normal operation of the pipeline system during winter. To ensure the effectiveness of the heating, a temperature sensor is appropriately positioned at the low point of the pipeline.
