Workers cannot avoid高空 work, and when performing such tasks, ensuring personal safety is paramount. How can one guarantee personal safety? This requires a certain level of safety awareness and understanding of operational standards. While wearing safety equipment, it is crucial to strictly adhere to standard operating procedures. What are the key points to note during the operation of elevators? Additionally, what types of safety equipment are included in the高空 work equipment?

One, Helmet Safety: Prior to use, check that the helmet shell, lining, and strap are complete and effective. Adjust the helmet lining first to ensure that the lining parts are spaced appropriately from the shell. The helmet band should be adjusted according to the shape of the head to secure it properly, preventing the helmet from sliding forward and obstructing vision during低头 work. It is strictly prohibited to combine the two layers of the helmet's top lining into one. The helmet should be worn snugly and correctly, with the strap tied under the chin and tightened. The effective period of the helmet begins from the date of product manufacture, with plastic helmets not exceeding two and a half years and fiberglass helmets not exceeding three and a half years.

Safety Belts: Safety belts must be inspected and deemed合格 by a certification unit every six months before use. The use of safety belts is required under certain conditions: when there is a possibility of elevated lift work; upon entering the workplace, a safety belt must be worn; when working at heights exceeding two meters; when working on scaffolding without guardrails or on scaffolding with guardrails over 1.5 meters high; during operations on sloped roofs; on flat roofs, within 1.2 meters of the roof edge or openings without guardrails; on any suspended platforms or workbenches; on any scaffolding with incomplete guardrails or decking; on ladders near roof or ground openings; and when working at heights without reliable fall protection measures.

Three, Safety Rope: To ensure that workers engaged in high-altitude operations have a safety net at all times during movement, it is required that they be attached to both a safety harness and a safety rope when performing particularly dangerous elevator operations. There are certain standards for the material of the safety rope, prohibiting the use of hemp rope. A shock absorber must be added when using a rope longer than 3 meters; one safety rope cannot be used by two people simultaneously.

Four: Differential Lock Protection: Check the self-locking device before use; hang the self-locking hook onto the metal ring of the safety belt; self-locking devices that have been subjected to severe impacts should be discontinued for use.

The above four are common safety tools. It is essential to equip ourselves with these during high-altitude work and to operate them accurately and strictly.
