1) The calculation of load on bridge platforms, including hoist attachment methods, plane positions, and steel tube frames, should all be incorporated as individual scheme contents into the construction organization design.

2) Most elevators are directly started with squirrel-cage asynchronous motors, which have a high starting current. The terminal wire diameter of the power supply should not be less than 16mm² copper wire. The power distribution box must not be shared with other equipment, and a leakage protector must be installed inside. The guide rail and hoist frame of the elevator must be connected to a set of lightning protection ground wires not exceeding 4Ω, and a lightning rod does not need to be installed separately.

3) Construction cranes should be equipped with dual-drive and friction-type speed limiters for hoisting, with a rated power of not less than 14kW to meet the necessary reasonable parameters for peak operation of the crane. More importantly, the two independent drive systems meshing with the rack can prevent坠机accidents caused by shaft breakage or tooth disengagement.

4) Prior to disassembly and assembly operations, it is mandatory to inspect and adjust the transmission system, terminal gears, and gear rack meshing gaps of the elevator, light-duty crane, electric hoist, and jib crane; secure all parts of the guide rail fasteners; test the speed limiter and all position limit switches. The electrical circuit must be adjusted for sensitivity and reliability.

5) The calculated deviation of the verticality of the guide well frame is 1/1000, but considering the installation process conditions, the allowable tolerance data can be adjusted within the local height as per the table below.
