Maintain and service
Entities using construction lifting cranes must possess a corresponding qualification certificate for professional contracting in equipment installation engineering. They should establish a maintenance and management system for construction elevator, equipment maintenance plan, and emergency rescue scheme prior to the notification of electrical installation in construction. The maintenance and management system for construction elevators and the equipment maintenance plan must clearly specify the specific content, cycle, and responsibilities of equipment maintenance. The emergency rescue contract should clearly define the emergency rescue责任人, their mobile phone number, and the commitment to service time and response time. Nighttime maintenance and repair of construction elevators is strictly prohibited.
Section 2: Safety Operation Procedures for Construction Elevators
2.1 During shifts, drivers must remain at their ladder cage post. Operators must be fully attentive and keep a vigilant eye on all directions. Upon hearing any abnormal sounds, they should immediately stop and inspect.

During elevator operation, passengers must follow the instructions of the operator and strictly prohibit unauthorized operation by others.
On the 2.3 elevator, ensure the cargo is evenly distributed within the cage, as close to the center column as possible, and strictly prevent uneven weight on one side. Operators are strictly prohibited from using the elevator during thunderstorms, heavy fog, frozen guide rails, or when wind speeds exceed 6 levels, and the cage should be parked on the ground.
2.4 A malfunction has been detected in the electromagnetic brake, speed limiter, and other safety devices. Immediate stopping and repair are required before resuming operation.
Upon completion of 2.5 hours of work, the elevator must be lowered to the ground floor, the switches inside the elevator car and the ground-level main switch must be turned off, the power supply must be disconnected, and the mechanical power section inside the elevator car must be inspected for any signs of overheating or damage; clean the elevator car and maintain a record of the elevator's operation; lock the electrical control panel and the switch box.
On-site construction elevator operators must carry a mobile phone (but are prohibited from answering calls during operation) to report equipment malfunctions and request emergency assistance promptly.
