As China's economy rapidly develops, the demand for efficient cargo transportation and handling has increased significantly. Labor-intensive cargo handling methods, which are time-consuming and labor-intensive, have gradually been phased out by the market. Equipment such as lifting platforms and vehicle loading bridges has become the choice for many enterprises. The development of China's lifting equipment has also been exceptionally rapid. What should be noted during the initial use of lifting equipment?
Lubrication parts defects; due to the smaller clearance between newly assembled components, and due to assembly reasons, it is difficult to ensure uniformity of the clearance. As a result, lubricating oil is not easily formed into a uniform film on the friction surface, which hinders wear, thereby reducing the lubrication efficiency. This can lead to early abnormal wear of machine parts, and in severe cases, can cause scratching or binding on the precision mating surfaces, resulting in the occurrence of malfunctions.

2. Leaks Occur; Due to the loosening of parts, vibration, and the heat impact on the machinery, leakage may occur at the sealing surfaces of the machine and tube joints, etc. Some casting and processing defects are difficult to detect during assembly and debugging. However, due to the vibration and impact during the operation process, these defects are exposed, manifesting as oil leakage. Therefore, leaks are more prone to occur during the磨合 period.
3. Rapid wear rate; due to factors such as the processing, assembly, and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surfaces is small, and the pressure distribution on the surface is uneven. During operation, the凹凸parts of the parts interlock and friction, and the metal shavings that fall off act as abrasives, continuing to participate in friction and accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces of the parts. Therefore, the磨合period is prone to cause rapid wear of the parts. At this time, if overloading occurs, it may lead to damage to the parts and the occurrence of early failures.
4. Component Looseness; Newly assembled parts may have dimensional and geometric discrepancies. Initially, due to factors such as impact, vibration, and variable loads, as well as heat and deformation, coupled with rapid wear, it is easy for the originally tightly fastened components to become loose.
5. Initially, when operating the elevator, there are many things that require our extra attention to prevent affecting its lifespan. We must ensure early detection, early resolution, and avoid unexpected accidents.
