The ultrasonic welding machine, which utilizes the ultrasonic vibration system for welding, should never exceed a temperature of 85℃ under any circumstances, as the application of the ultrasonic vibration system can generate heat. How to prevent the temperature of the ultrasonic welding machine from becoming too high?
1. Utilize ultrasonic heating for raw materials awaiting welding or processing, or for the heat required in ultrasonic mold and ultrasonic rod lengthening operations, to transfer to the mold of the ultrasonic welding machine.
2. The electrical power consumption of the ultrasonic sensor itself, thus, kinetic energy damage must be converted into heat. Temperature rise can cause changes in sensor parameters, gradually altering pairing conditions. Increased temperature can degrade the piezoelectric ceramic chip's processing chip characteristics, resulting in poorer sensor performance and faster temperature increase. Therefore, it is imperative to provide an excellent cooling standard for the variable frequency speed controller, which is typically cooled by indoor temperature evaporation.
3. Customers are unable to match the sensor application with the appropriate output power for optimal operation, leading to excessive heat output that is uncontrolled and severe consequences. Any overheating in the vibration system affects the overall operational status of the entire system.
