During the use of LED displays, some issues or malfunctions may arise. Our Wanxing technicians introduce common LED screen problems and their solutions.
Are you experiencing an issue with the LED studio launch, where the large screen system is not found or there is a communication error?
This is due to an unconnected or improperly connected serial communication cable with the transmitter card. Please check if the communication cable is properly connected to the serial port, and then restart the LED studio after ensuring a secure connection.
Screen goes completely dark (black screen)
Check if the power is connected.
Check graphics card settings, and reset the graphics card to duplication mode.
3. Check if the DVI cable or data cable is connected properly and whether any cables are connected incorrectly (synchronous screen).
4. Check if the communication green light on the sending and receiving cards blinks synchronously.
5. If the green LED on the sending card blinks but the green LED on the receiving card does not, check for any issues with the communication network cable (the cable is in accordance with the international standard 568B).
6. Is the computer monitor protected, or is the display screen area black or pure blue (synchronous screen)?
III. Unit modules not illuminated or dimly lit
Several panels are not illuminated horizontally. Check the wiring connections between the normal and abnormal modules; replace the wiring if damaged.
2. Check if the module power cable is loose; if so, tighten it.
Check the power supply of the dark/light inspection module for +5V output; replace with a new power supply if there is no output.
Module Color Deficiency
If the wire harness is loose or damaged, try re-plugging it a few times to see if it works properly; if not, replace it.
2. The buffering chip (74HC245) of the module was damaged; replaced with a chip of the same model.
3. Check if the module power cable is loose; if so, tighten it.
Five: A single or multiple containers are not illuminated
1. The signal network wire between the normal and defective boxes is loose or damaged. Try unplugging and re-plugging a few times to see if it's normal; if not, replace it.
2. If the signal cable is fine, the green light on the receiver card is flickering, but there's no display on the screen. Resend the driver settings and check the screen connection to see if it works. If there's still no display, replace the receiver card.
Six: The control software frequently experiences sudden freezing during operation.
1. Implemented the new version control software.
2. Check for any software compatibility with the control software.
