Body Classification:
Double-sided: These plastic pallets are suitable for use on both sides and are widely used for stacking and shelf applications.
Single-sided: Available in shelf-type, standard, and regular models, choose the appropriate single-sided pallet based on different usage methods.
Flat Type: The surface is flat, with most of it being in a planar shape. Some flat type pallets have a few mesh holes on their surface.
The grid pattern: The surface is flat, with most of the surface being in a grid-like configuration.
Structure Classification:
Nine-leg Plastic Pallet: The back of the pallet features nine legs arranged, with four legs at the center of each side of the square pallet and another four at each corner. The center of the pallet has one additional leg, making a total of nine. Generally, these legs are arranged in three groups of three, with the legs parallel to each other.
I-Beam Plastic Pallet: A plastic pallet with three groups of legs parallelly distributed on the reverse side, based on the reverse shape of the nine-leg plastic pallet.
Square plastic pallet: A plastic pallet with the reverse of a nine-socket plastic pallet design, featuring three sets of horizontal legs and three sets of vertical legs distributed in parallel on the reverse side.
Widely used in industries such as food, beverages, beer, textiles, automotive manufacturing, electronic appliances, hardware machinery, and logistics centers.
Common Knowledge About Materials Used for Standardized Inspection Pallets
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
Performance:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is available in two types: soft and hard.
Highly rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) boasts high mechanical strength, excellent electrical properties, strong resistance to acids and alkalis, and good chemical stability; drawback: low softening point.
The tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, and toughness of soft polyvinyl chloride are lower than those of hard polyvinyl chloride, while its elongation at break is higher.
