The Uses of Duty-Free Pallets

  Our products include pipes and rods made of rigid polyvinyl chloride, as well as plates, welding rods, centrifugal pumps, ventilators, wheel oil pipes, valves for acid and alkali pumps, and containers.
Our soft polyvinyl chloride products include storage tanks, thin plates, films, wire insulation, window seals, and acid-resistant and alkali-resistant hoses.
Polyethylene (PE)
Performance:
Available in three types: high-pressure, medium-pressure, and low-pressure polyethylene. High-pressure polyethylene is flexible; low-pressure polyethylene is hard and has excellent cold resistance, remaining soft at -70℃. It boasts high chemical stability, capable of withstanding acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It exhibits outstanding electrical properties and good radiation resistance. Coated onto metal surfaces using flame spraying or electrostatic spraying methods, it can achieve both friction reduction and corrosion prevention. However, its drawback lies in its low mechanical strength and low thermal deformation temperature, thus it cannot bear high loads.
Inspection-Free Pallet Usage:
Corrosion-resistant linings for chemical equipment and storage tanks, chemical corrosion-resistant pipelines, valves, sleeves, and roller frames, as substitutes for copper and stainless steel. Insulation for high-frequency submarine cables or general cables. Antenna brackets for transistor radio magnetic rods.
Polystyrene (PS)
Performance:
It possesses good mechanical strength, chemical stability, and electrical properties, excellent transparency, good coloring, and is easy to shape. Its standout feature is its near-complete resistance to water, but it lacks heat resistance and is brittle. Moreover, its products are prone to cracking due to internal stresses, and can only be used under low loads and temperatures not exceeding 60-75°C.
Application:
A variety of instrument enclosures, frames, instrument indicator lights, lamp shades, automotive lamp shades, chemical storage acid tanks, acid conveyance tanks (especially for hydrofluoric acid), chemical instrument parts, telecommunications parts, which are highly transparent and can be used as parts for optical instruments and lenses.
High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)
Performance:
Compared to polystyrene, it offers higher tensile and impact strength, with the rest of its properties largely similar, and it excels in molding processes.
Purpose:
A variety of instruments, transistor radio casings, coil cores, textile yarn tubes, TV structural parts, agricultural vehicle waterboard accessories, and small plastic pipes and plates.
Polystyrene-modified acrylic glass
Inspection-Free Pallet Performance:
The product offers good transparency, high mechanical strength, and certain heat, cold, and weather resistance, as well as corrosion resistance and excellent insulation. The dimensions of the products are stable and easy to form. Its drawback is that it is relatively brittle, dissolves easily in organic solvents, and as a translucent material, it lacks surface hardness and is prone to scratching. However, in terms of its overall performance, it surpasses general plastics like polystyrene.
Purpose:
Parts used for producing items with specific transparency and strength, such as oil gauges, oil cups, optical lenses, prisms, equipment labels, transparent pipes, automotive headlights, and scale discs for transistor radios, as well as electrical insulation components.
Styrene Acrylonitrile Copolymer (AS or SAN)
Performance:
With higher impact strength than polystyrene and excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, it can withstand certain hydrocarbons that cause stress cracking in polystyrene. Additionally, its modulus of elasticity is one of the higher ones among existing thermoplastic resins.
Inspection-Free Pallet Usage:
Extensively used in the production of industrial products that are oil, heat, and chemical-resistant, as well as dashboard, instrument panels, enclosures, battery boxes, junction boxes, various switches, and buttons.
